Deliberately short and to the point, acknowledging today’s busy schedules, each
seminar will give you at least five practical tips to help you grow and build
your business.
Run by business mentor David Clarkson (click here for CV) the engaging no-nonsense morning format gets you energised and back to business
by noon.
Using a bespoke structure, each strategy will be discussed and dissected, featuring
real life examples and delegate experiences, helping to create an action plan
specifically for your own business.
Session 1 – How to stand out from the crowd
With so many businesses in the market place, the need for differentiation has
never been greater. What makes you different, and how do you know you’ve got it
right?
Learn how to create compelling USPs aligned to your people and your customers.
Session 2 – Ideas and innovation
Since the dawn of time man has had to evolve to survive. But with a volatile
economic forecast bringing with it its own new challenges and obstacles how are
you prepared to respond to this changing business landscape?
Discover how you can harness current resources and your teams own insights to
create focused initiatives, cost savings, time efficient processes, cross selling
and opening new business opportunities.
Session 3 – Create legendary customer service
As competition stiffens “OK” is simply not okay – and good is no longer good
enough. With more than 60 per cent of people stating apathy or inconsistency as
their main reason for switching supplier, it’s clearly the small details that
make the biggest difference. But who really should set the agenda?
This fascinating session blows the lid off mediocre service and shows you how
really listening to your customers helps to create more engaged employees, added
satisfaction for customers and profit for your business.
Session 4 – People power; marketing your most valuable resource
Some of the World’s most successful companies “enthuse their people to delight
their clients” and thereby drive consistent growth and profitability. Your people
are the lifeblood of your brand and ultimately make or break your business success,
but statistics suggest that in the UK less than 30 per cent of employees are fully
engaged.
This hands-on workshop will equip you with the skills to empower people throughout
your organisation to engage with your brand promise, and consistently deliver
superior customer service and measurable added value.
