A strong Local Economy is the council’s number one corporate priority, in support of its over-arching vision for the Harrogate district as “the best place to live, work and visit”. Our key economy priorities for 2015-2020 are:
- a place with a resilient, diverse and expanding economy;
- a vibrant tourism experience;
- excellent travel, transport and broadband connectivity;
- and a world class conference centre.
In line with this plan the guest speakers will discuss further developments to the local town plan, local development updates/planning issues, transport updates, housing, regeneration and local investment and growth opportunities….
